Hello to all PPA & PPA Jr families & staff -

Hi Parents,

We need volunteers to help set up for the dance from 12:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. Saturday, May 19th under the PPA, Jr. covered PE area. We need volunteers to help put up lights, set up tables, decorations and food tables.

We will also need volunteers for several stations at the dance.

The students will be duct taping me at 1:30 Thursday afternoon.

Mrs. Williams class will also be squirting Mr. Miller with ketchup and
mustard.

Our beautiful, wonderful children collected over $14000!

You may receive your refund by

1) stopping in the front office where you can pick up your check

2) pick up your check when you pick up your child from aftercare

3) we will send remaining checks home with your student on Wednesday

child care this year. After taking into account all aspects there was not

Thank you for the feedback on Summer Camp and I am hoping to offer an
alternative, which will be discussed later in this email. A few wondered
why we hadn’t known approximately how many were going to attend before even

Hi PPA, Jr. Families,

That is correct...we surpassed our goal of $10,000 and the kids will officially be able to duct tape Mrs. Walker to the wall!!! We are so grateful and proud of our students and their families. You all came together and worked towards a great goal and won!!

On Monday we will let you know the exact amount that was raised and who our top three overall donators are. We will also announce the grade level that won the pizza party and the class that won the opportunity to squirt Coach Miller like a hotdog.

We are extremely sorry to report that due to very low enrollment we are
forced to cancel Summer Camp and we will be refunding all deposits and
payments on Monday. As you know, this has been a difficult financial year
(although we remain financially stable), so we do not want to risk any loss

We had a great day today! We raised over $3,800!! WE ONLY NEED APPROXIMATELY $2,500 TO REACH OUR GOAL!!! We are so proud of our children and our parents who have helped to make this day such a success. Hopefully the kids will be able to duct tape Mrs. Walker to the wall.

We had a great day today and collected over $2,000! Our Top Donator of the Day was David S. in Mrs. Meadows 3rd grade class. He brought in $1,020!!!! Congratulations!!

Remember the grade level that brings in the most donations earns a Pizza Party. We keep a detailed list by class near the cafeteria so the kids can see how well they are doing.

Hi Parents,

This Friday is our Walk for PPA, Jr. We need volunteers throughout the day to make this event a success for our children. We need parents to volunteer at different stations throughout the walk (i.e. handing out water bottles, the limbo, running lane, etc...) We are also looking for 2 parents to hand out popsicles during lunch (11:20 - 12:25).

We are down to our last 6 weeks of school - just 27 more school days left!  Next week if Staff Appreciation Week and PTEG will be showing our appreciation to our fantastic teachers and PPA staff for all their hard work and dedication to our kids! 

Hi Families,

We wanted to update you on our Walk for PPA, Jr. that is currently in progress. Last week we gave a prize to the Top Donator for the entire week. The winner was Samantha Knight in Mrs. McGuire's 1st grade class. Samantha brought in $560 and received two prizes for all her hard work.

Walk for PPA Jr. “Sports Mania”

will be held on Friday, May 4th during school hours!

The kids will have an hour to walk the field that is set up with different cool stations! They will walk with their friends and teachers and have a great time relaxing and enjoying the exciting day we have planned. At lunch each child will receive a popsicle as a reward for all their hard work.

Q) My child is in the 3rd grade this year. Will they have to wear uniforms
next year?
A) No, 4th grade is not included as they are affiliated with the other
school.
Q) But I want my 4th grader (next year) to wear uniforms! What should I do?
